About Us
We are Joe Bauer and Jody Bauer business partners and husband and wife. Since 1978 we have been woodworking in the mountains of Colorado building handcrafted furniture and built-in cabinetry.
Joe has formal education in woodworking. He has acquired skills from attending various woodworking classes and workshops at Red Rocks Community College, Colorado State University, Anderson Ranch Center, and woodworking seminars. The many years of hands-on experience combined with training from woodworking instructors and ideas from fellow woodworkers makes him an accomplished cabinetmaker. He has a business degree from Regis University.
Jody is involved with many aspects of the woodworking, and has gained skills from attending various woodworking seminars, along with many years of wood shop experience. She gives Joe credit for most of what she has learned about wood.
